TEMPERING PROCESS
A week-long transformation that takes raw wood and creates a precision material capable of tournament-level performance.
MATERIAL SELECTION
We start with premium hardwoods—walnut, maple, zebrawood, and exotic burls. Each piece is carefully inspected for grain structure and natural density before entering our process.
VACUUM STABILIZATION
Our low-temperature vacuum chamber removes moisture without damaging laminated layers. Unlike traditional methods, this preserves glue bonds and prevents warping—achieving near-0% moisture content.
RESIN INFUSION
A proprietary resin formula penetrates deep into the wood's cellular structure, filling voids and bonding with natural fibers. This creates a hybrid material with triple the original density.
PRECISION MACHINING
CNC machining to tolerances of 0.001" ensures perfect weight distribution. The tempered wood machines cleanly—no tear-out, no chipping—allowing for crisp edges and precise geometries.
